Job summary

A dynamic e-commerce company in Malaysia is looking for a candidate to assist with online promotional campaigns and manage daily e-commerce operations. You will support product uploads, handle customer inquiries, and coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth process execution. Ideal candidates will have a diploma/degree in relevant fields, experience with e-commerce platforms, and basic photo editing skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and those who can start immediately will be prioritized.

Overview

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring online promotional campaigns, including mega sales, brand campaigns, and regular promotions.
• Support product uploads and listing updates, including images, pricing, inventory, and product content for new launches and campaigns.
• Manage daily E-commerce operations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and smooth campaign execution.
• Handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage customer service activities by responding to inquiries, feedback, and issues in a timely manner across all platforms.
• Assist in basic performance tracking and reporting to support continuous improvement of e-commerce operations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Advertising or related fields
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. Experience in live streaming is a plus.
• Basic photo editing skills using Canva and/or Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail, good coordination skills, and a willingness to learn.
• Preferred with related industry experience. Passion for toys, games, and character brands.
• Candidates who can start immediately or on short notice will be prioritized. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Work Location: Currently based at HQ Office, Shah Alam Seksyen 33. Planned relocation to Kota Damansara, PJ (near MRT Surian) in Q1/Q2 2026 (exact date TBC).
