Job summary

A prominent legal firm in Selangor is seeking a Legal Clerk to manage conveyancing documentation and communicate with clients and bankers. Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, and be meticulous with details. The role requires the ability to work independently and efficiently under minimum supervision. Experience in legal administration and basic Mandarin skills are also a plus. This position is based in a fast-paced working environment.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in handling conveyancing, litigation, and/or corporate.
  • Must be meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to converse in basic Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle documentations of Developers' Projects and conveyancing.
  • Manage various bank loan files throughout the completion process.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, bankers, and related parties.
