Responsibilities, Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer and .NET Core Developer in Agile environments.
• 8+ years of software development experience and proficiency in .NET technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of .NET Core & Angular 7 or above.
• Strong experience developing applications with Angular 11+, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Integration API, JSON, Swagger, OData.
• Familiarity with databases such as MSSQL & MySQL, and web servers including IIS, Apache & Nginx.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and stay well organized.
• Pragmatic mindset and open‑minded approach.
• Passionate about emerging technologies.
• Strong decision‑making and judgment skills.
• Experience with matrix organization and multidisciplinary business projects.
• Development of client‑side and server‑side architecture.
• Participation in all development phases, from requirements definition and design to deployment and maintenance, including performance tuning and monitoring.
• Collaboration with architects to finalize low‑level design aligned with standards and best practices.
• Leadership of development teams and ideation of software solutions.
• Adherence to deliverable timelines, ensuring product quality, performance, and security.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and software upgrades.
• Estimation and scoping of new projects.
