About the role

COC MARINE SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Diver Supervisor to join our team in Port Klang, Selangor. As the Diver Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate diving team activities, ensuring the safety and efficiency of marine diving operations. This is a full-time position based in Port Klang.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and direct the work of the diving team, including planning and scheduling dive operations, divers recruitment, maintaining dive equipment, and related duties.
• Ensure all diving activities are carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures to mitigate risks.
• Maintain detailed records of all diving activities and incidents.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the diving team.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful completion of marine projects.
• Implement and monitor procedures to maintain the highest standards of diving safety and performance.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Diver Supervisor in the marine industry.
• Strong knowledge of diving equipment, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Proficient in interpreting and applying relevant health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, well-informed decisions.
