Job description

The District Trainer is the primary on-ground support and trainer for Beauty Advisors (BAs) across a designated region. This role ensures that all BAs receive consistent product knowledge, selling guidance, and in-store coaching to elevate service quality and drive retail sales. Acting as a bridge between HQ and frontline teams, the District Trainer provides market feedback, conducts store audits, and plays an essential role in executing training strategies at the store level.

Job Responsibilities
In-Store Coaching & Field Training
  • Conduct regular store visits (minimum 3 stores per day) to coach and guide BAs.
  • Deliver real-time selling techniques coaching and customer engagement support.
  • Observe and provide feedback on BA performance, customer interaction, and product pitching.
Product Knowledge & Campaign Training
  • Conduct in-store or cluster-based training sessions on new product launches, campaign mechanics, and brand messaging.
  • Ensure all BAs are equipped with updated and accurate product information.
  • Support new BA onboarding and intensive training before key campaigns.
Store Operations & Display Checks
  • Monitor POSM placement, product display accuracy, cleanliness, and adherence to VM standards.
  • Ensure new launches and promotional setups are executed correctly.
Reporting & Feedback
  • Submit daily ISS (In-Store Support) reports summarizing observations, BA performance, and display audits.
  • Highlight operational issues and training needs to the Resident Trainer or Training Manager.
  • Observe and report on competitor campaigns, display, strategies, and customer engagement tactics.
  • Provide frontline insights for internal reference and improvement.
  • Any other duties and projects assigned by the superior or the company.
Job Requirements
