Distributor Recognition & Compliance Specialist (Reporting & Compliance) - In charge of Brand Representative recognitions on a monthly basis and ensuring Brand Representative compliance matters are properly handled and investigated with the guidelines. Preparing proper reports for recognition, compliance and incentives.

Responsibilities

• In charge of Brand Representative recognitions on monthly basis.
• Ensuring Brand Representative compliance matters are properly handled and investigated with the guidelines.
• Preparing proper report for recognition, compliance and incentives.
• Accurately and thoroughly gathers data required for decision analysis, and defines and solves routine problems.
• Prioritizes work and takes initiative to perform tasks or project as assigned with quality result in a competitive environment.
• Ensure accuracy of KPI report & analysis, recognition, distributor conduct and other related matter.
• Regular education of Policies and Procedure to the field through a variety of channels such as Brand Representative meetings, website and magazine.
• Gives and receives written and verbal communication effectively and keeping relevant parties informed on the progress in a timely manner.
• Collaborates effectively with a diverse group of people and across organizational boundaries.

Requirements
