Responsibilities

• Install new car batteries in various vehicle types, ensuring correct fitment and secure connections.
• Test old and new batteries using diagnostic tools to confirm performance and charging status.
• Follow proper safety protocols when handling batteries, including protection against acid and electrical hazards.
• Check battery terminals, cables, and connections for corrosion or damage before installation.
• Interact politely with customers, explaining battery condition, warranty, and maintenance tips.
• Complete installation records, service reports, and update customer or company systems.
• Provide mobile or on-location battery replacement services as required.
• Assist in organizing and managing battery stock, including receiving and labeling new inventory.
• Diagnose minor electrical issues related to battery performance or vehicle starting problems.
• Work with dispatch, warehouse, and service teams to ensure efficient operations and timely customer service.
