Director, Companies Commission of Malaysia Training Academy & Knowledge Management (COMTRAC)
  • Develop and execute strategic learning frameworks that align talent development with company's business goals
  • Forge strategic partnerships with leading training institutions to enrich learning content and expand outreach through collaboration, networking, and resource sharing.
  • Lead the evaluation and improvement of training effectiveness by conducting impact assessments, gathering feedback and aligning learning outcomes with business results.
  • Modernize training delivery by incorporating digital platforms, contemporary methods, and modular learning design to increase accessibility and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the development and administration of knowledge-sharing platforms and repositories to support organizational learning and institutional memory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration/ Knowledge Management or a related field.
  • Certified Training Professional (CTP), Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 10 of working experience in training & development, corporate learning, or knowledge management, with at least 15 years experience in leadership roles.
  • Expert in learning & development strategies, training program design, and adult learning methodologies.
  • Mastered in knowledge management frameworks, digital learning technologies, and organizational learning culture.
  • Extensive experience in contract management in training, procurement of learning services, and compliance with educational standards.
  • Some knowledge and experience in data analytics for learning impact measurement, e-learning platforms, and emerging trends in corporate training.
