A reputable manufacturing company in Shah Alam is seeking a Digitalization Team Lead to drive ERP optimization, process automation, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will lead a team, manage business applications like Epicor ERP, and utilize Power BI for data analytics. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong knowledge of ERP systems and SQL. Compensation ranges from MYR 6,500 to MYR 7,500.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and SQL is a must.
• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform specifically Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Digitalization team, ensuring motivation and performance.
• System administration of Epicor ERP and customization.
• Develop real-time dashboards and analytics using Power BI.
• Identify and implement automation solutions with Microsoft PowerAutomate and PowerApps.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and ensure security.
