The ideal candidate should be proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with proven experience in Facebook Ads, strong copywriting skills, and a keen ability to analyze advertising data. Competitive salary offered between RM3,500 – RM5,000.

About the role

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Facebook Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team at EVERY MORNING SDN BHD, located in Simpang Ampat, Penang. This full-time position will play a key role in planning, managing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns to support our overall digital marketing strategy and business growth.

Salary range: RM3,500 – RM5,000, commensurate with experience and performance.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and execute Facebook advertising campaigns, including copywriting and creative material production.
• Manage ad placements and budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable optimization insights.
• Manage the company’s Facebook page, including regular content posting and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on multi-platform brand promotion projects.

What we're looking for

• Language required: Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (spoken & written).
• Required skills: Facebook Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Data Analysis, Marketing Strategy, Content Creation.
• Proven experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Strong skills in copywriting and creative content production.
• Ability to analyze and interpret advertising data for optimization.
• Familiarity with social media management and audience engagement strategies.
• Experience with other platforms (Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) is an added advantage.
