Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: The Build (0 to 1)

  • Infrastructure Setup: Lead end-to-end setup of stores on key marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and/or official website.
  • Operational Foundation: Establish SOPs for order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Product GTM Strategy: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to define pricing, assortment, and Go‑To‑Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Brand Identity: Work with designers to optimize store visuals and product listings for high conversion from day one.

Phase 2: The Scale (1 to 10)

  • Traffic Acquisition: Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Facebook CPAS, Google SEM, TikTok Ads) to drive high-quality traffic.
  • Campaign Management: Mastermind strategy for mega‑sale events (9.9, 11.11, 12.12) and pay‑day promotions to maximize GMV.
  • Data Analytics: Deep‑dive into store analytics, tracking CAC, LTV, and conversion rates to make data‑backed decisions.
  • Retention & CRM: Implement loyalty programs and email/chat marketing to increase repeat purchase rates.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit and manage a high‑performing team of specialists (Live‑streamers, CS, Designers) as the business grows.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: 3–5 years in e‑commerce with documented success in launching and scaling brands.
  • Platform Expertise: Expert-level of Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Center, and TikTok Shop Academy.
  • Growth Mindset: A full‑stack operator who can upload products today and present a 12‑month growth strategy tomorrow.
  • Analytical Prowess: Highly proficient in Excel and data visualization tools; can calculate ROI and ROAS precisely.
  • Agility: Ability to adapt quickly to algorithm changes and market trends in SEA e‑commerce.
