Responsibilities:
  • E-commerce Platform Management
    • Manage online platforms such as B2u, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop
    • Oversee daily e-commerce tasks: order processing, product uploads, inventory and price updates
    • Coordinate with customer service to ensure smooth fulfilment and accurate listings
  • Digital Advertising & SEO
    • Conduct keyword research, write ad copies, and manage digital ads (Google, Meta, etc.)
    • Analyse campaign performance and website analytics to improve conversion and ROI
  • Content & Social Media Marketing
    • Develop and execute strategies across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS)
    • Create and publish engaging content: social posts, WhatsApp business message
    • Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with internal teams, designers for timely delivery
  • Event Planning & Support
    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of both online and offline marketing events
    • Support booth setup, event logistics, and on-site engagement activities
    • Capture content during events (photos, videos, livestreams) for promotional use
    • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth event flow
    • Promote events through digital channels and track performance metrics
  • Customer Engagement
    • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback across platforms
    • Help improve customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and issue escalation
    • Comfortable in front of the camera — willing to host livestreams or appear in promotional videos
Job Requirements:
