Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive
Our #MKAJoycareTeam is expanding! We are hiring Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to develop and implement online marketing strategies and manage & optimize online sales channels for our health and beauty products. This position will execute digital marketing strategies, maintain product listings, analyze sales performance and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple e-commerce platforms; managing social media accounts, creating content and optimize online advertising efforts.
Performance Marketing
- Explore and engage with content creators and affiliates to drive traffic and brand awareness.
- Implement digital marketing strategies across social media, search engines, email campaigns, and other channels to increase traffic and conversions.
- Recruit, onboard and manage relationships with affiliates, influencers and partners, including sending samples to KOLs, managing KOLs' video and LIVE content publication and tracking sales data.
- Coordinate with internal and affiliate hosts to prepare live stream content, including script preparation and product knowledge.
- Manage the scheduling and execution of live streams, ensuring all technical and operational aspects are handled smoothly.
- Stay updated on the latest video trends and digital media innovations to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Analyze and report audience information, demographics and the success of affiliate campaigns.
Store Management & Operations
- Plan, execute, and monitor e-commerce promotions and campaigns to drive sales for assigned brands.
- Utilize analytical tools to evaluate product, store, and campaign performance to support decision-making, identify opportunities, and understand sales trends.
- Monitor inventory levels, highlight slow-moving items, and propose promotional strategies to optimize sell-through.
- Conduct regular store and product audits to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Prepare artwork requests and liaise with the design team for creative asset development.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Participate actively in weekly meetings, preparing insights, updates, and ideas to share with the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms such as Tik Tok and Instagram.
- 1-2 years experience in managing e-commerce stores via Seller Centers (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of online marketing tools and video editing tools.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut (or similar tools) to produce short-form content for social media.
- Confident in front of the camera (for product showcases or livestreaming) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly organized.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- We are fully on site and our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
