Responsibilities
Dietitian / Nutritionist responsibilities include:
- Analyze and interpret clients’ health screening and test reports.
- Conduct comprehensive health, dietary, and lifestyle assessments.
- Develop and deliver personalized nutrition and meal plans tailored to individual goals.
- Monitor client progress and adjust nutrition plans as required.
- Provide professional nutritional counselling and guidance to promote positive lifestyle changes.
- Educate clients on the impact of nutrients on overall health and wellbeing.
- Support health screenings, wellness programs, workshops, and community outreach activities.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Provide basic nutrition guidance during roadshows, seminars, and public health events.
- Address customer enquiries related to product usage, nutrition, and safety.
- Support Sales & Marketing teams with product knowledge, nutrition training, and briefings.
- Collaborate on branding, awareness campaigns, health talks, and promotional events.
- Produce short educational videos and marketing materials related to health and nutrition.
- Host live streaming sessions on social media platforms to engage audiences and share nutrition tips in an engaging and professional manner.
- Promote company services and products ethically during digital engagements.
- Conduct internal nutrition and product training for staff, sales representatives, and leaders.
Requirements (Dietitian/ Nutritionist):
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field.
- Experience as a consultant in slimming, wellness, or healthcare companies is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of human physiology, biochemistry, and nutrition science.
- Basic knowledge of research methods and data analysis.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (mandatory).
- Creative, analytical, and critical thinker with strong interpersonal skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, and responsible with good time management skills.
- Able to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Possess own transport, a valid driving license, and willing to travel within the region and outstation when required.
- Valid practicing license is preferred.
Key Responsibilities (Physiotherapist)
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver hands-on physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and modality-based interventions.
- Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust programs as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with Medical Doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic care.
- Educate clients on injury prevention, mobility restoration, and self-management techniques.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of physiotherapy products and services.
- Provide training sessions for clients on the correct use of physiotherapy equipment and tools.
- Participate in internal training, mentorship programs, and continuous professional development initiatives.
Requirements (Physiotherapist):
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy / Physical Therapy or a related field.
- Registered with the Malaysia Physiotherapy Association.
- Strong clinical knowledge in manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and patient handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-first mindset with strong work ethics and a positive attitude.
- Independent, proactive, and willing to learn and grow within the organization.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (optional).
- Possess own transport, a valid driving license, and willing to travel within the region and outstation as required.
