Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with truck drivers for loading/unloading
• Coordinate between team members on the operational floor
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and report irregularities or potential risks
• Manage operational processes
• Read and understand operational procedures and work instructions
• Prepare the work station daily for operational readiness
• Conduct pre-checks using checklists on all machines/devices to ensure readiness
• Ensure machines and equipment are ready for operation
• Report any abnormal machines, devices, or materials to the supervisor
• Handle product unloading from customer premises or depots safely and carefully
• Accurately record product receiving quantities
• Feed products on the operational floor correctly according to procedures
• Complete encoding and capacity requirements to meet company expectations
• Sort products to the correct depots/destinations
• Complete loading onto shuttle trucks within the scheduled time
• Work extended hours as assigned
• Be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends or irregular hours

People Management & Teamwork

• Attend daily meetings as scheduled by the supervisor
• Participate in sharing best practices within the team
• Support colleagues on the operational floor
