As a Development Leader, you will significantly impact our technical strategy and architectural decisions for a scalable, cloud-based platform. Key responsibilities include:
Technical Leadership and Solution Design: Architect robust solutions using .NET, SQL Server, MySQL, Redis, and messaging technologies. Focus on API-first design, microservices, and the saga pattern for scalable codebases.
Project Management: Manage projects to meet deadlines and budgets, focusing on technical and strategic excellence.
Process Enhancement: Streamline development and deployment to reduce delivery times through better efficiency and teamwork.
System Reliability: Enhance system fault tolerance and resilience to minimize downtime and ensure availability.
Innovation Adoption: Lead the integration of low-code/no-code platforms to boost agility and productivity.
Strategic Development: Develop and launch innovative product features aligned with company goals.
Leadership and Mentorship: Guide associate development leaders and senior engineers in strategic project management and advanced solution design.
Best Practices Development: Establish and document API development and integration best practices to speed up and unify technological delivery across the organization.
Pre-requisites:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in .NET frameworks, SQL Server, MySQL, and Redis.
In-depth experience with modern API-first design principles, ensuring APIs are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
Demonstrable skills in designing and implementing microservices architecture and employing saga patterns for transaction consistency.
Familiarity with modern queue, messaging, and publish/subscribe solutions to enhance system integration and communication.
Competence in integrating low-code/no-code solutions into development projects to accelerate deployment and enhance flexibility.
Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of cloud-based architectures and ERP technologies, with the ability to design and scale microservices effectively. Solid understanding of system redundancy and fault tolerance practices.
