Job summary

A construction firm in Malaysia is looking for a Civil & Structural Engineer to join their team in Ipoh, Perak. Candidates must possess at least a degree in Civil Engineering and have knowledge of various steel works and structural design codes. Skills in Bricscad, AutoCad 3D, and Revit are preferred. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent is essential.
• Knowledge in all types of steel works, including portal frames.
• Familiarity with design codes EN1993 for light gauge truss.

Applicants with Bricscad and AutoCad 3D, Revit knowledge and other relevant software programs is an added advantage.

Have knowledge in all kinds of steel works inclusive of portal frames and familiar with design codes EN1993 for light gauge truss.

Have knowledge in steel roof trusses, hollow, ibeam structure and calculation.

Hardworking, high self-motivated with good interpersonal and communications skills.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a team player.

Able to work under pressure, dynamic, results oriented and positive attitude.

Must be a person with integrity who will uphold the company values and carry out his job with honesty.
