Supervise and facilitate the design consultant's timely completion of structural, foundation, geotechnical, and retaining wall design documents in accordance with the schedule and established criteria.

Take responsibility for evaluating and granting approval for optimizing preliminary engineering solutions, critical technical decisions, and significant design modifications throughout the project's development and construction phases.

Review and ensure the safety, feasibility, and functionality of designs, with a focus on structural aspects, considering factors such as constructability, maintainability, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.

Manage three-dimensional digital design within the respective field.

Offer technical support to various departments, including tendering and on-site construction.

Efficiently manage additional ad-hoc tasks delegated by the management.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Possess a comprehensive understanding of construction plans, technical requirements, construction procedures, and quality standards.

Demonstrate proficiency in British Standards (BS) and the ability to rapidly acquaint oneself with technical specifications.

Proficiency in various software applications such as SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD Pro, as well as strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Be adaptable for on-site business trips, and handle construction change requests while providing technical guidance.

Exhibit effective communication and coordination skills when dealing with clients and consulting engineers.
