Job summary

A telecommunications infrastructure company in Kuching is looking for a project coordinator to support DWDM and telecommunication infrastructure projects. Job Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of DWDM and Telecommunication Infrastructure (TI) projects.
• Oversee and supervise daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on technical and operational matters.
• Monitor project progress, site performance, quality, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in project scheduling, resource planning, cost control, and risk management.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including site reports, progress updates, inspection records, and as-built drawings.
• Support site inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Identify, report, and resolve site or project issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and safety practices at all times.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor A0 A0 A0 A0 A0 0 A0 A0 A0 A0 A0 A0 A0 A0 A0 A0 A0 A0 A0 A0 A0 A0 A0 in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in DWDM, fiber optic, or telecommunication infrastructure projects (seniority will be assessed based on experience).
• Good understanding of site operations, fiber installation, and transmission systems.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform under pressure.
• Willing to be based in Kuching, Sarawak, with travel to project sites as required.
