Responsibilities

• Check and receive stock according to purchase order and supplier invoice.
• Inspect contents for damage and ensure products are within expiry date.
• Handle damaged products according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Ensure accurate receiving processes as per company SOP.
• Endorse goods received note and enter data into the system.
• Coordinate stock and document inventory movements.
• Maintain records of in/out movement of goods.
• Optimize inventory for smooth operations.
• Perform general operational functions and ad-hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

• Check and receive quantity stock according to purchase order, supplier invoice and inter-branch transfer.
• Inspect correct contents to ensure no damage and expiry date of the products.
• Handling damaged and spoiled products according to receiving SOP and assist in controlling the level of damaged goods.
• To ensure all process of receiving accurate as per company SOP.
• To endorse goods receive note and ensure accurate data key in into system accordingly.
• Responsible for entry and exit operations activities including receiving, coordinating stock, documenting maintaining records, and overseeing storage of surplus inventory.
• Record of in/out movement of goods in store.
• To ensure inventories are kept in the optimum way for smooth operation.
• To perform any other duties in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments.
