Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years as Cook in Chinese / Banquet / Main / Pastry Kitchen in a 5-star category hotel or restaurant.
  • At least 1 year as Commis I in an international brand hotel or equivalent.
  • Possess good leadership and training skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food efficiently and hygienically as per standard recipes.
  • Supervise work operations and support Sous Chef.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to established standards.
