Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Units and Supply Chain teams to gather and model demand factors (e.g., tenders, promotions, market changes).
• Integrate statistical forecasting with market insights to improve demand accuracy.
• Maintain master data integrity in planning tools and ERP systems.
• Consolidate and analyse sales forecasts across markets.
• Enable scenario planning and monitor supply constraints.
• Conduct root cause analysis on forecast deviations and supply risks.
• Track products at risk due to shelf‑life or low demand and initiate action plans.
• Support monthly planning reviews and IBP meetings.
• Communicate demand shifts to Product Planners for agile supply adjustments.

Exposure to global planning tools and cross‑functional collaboration. Exposure to demand strategies that directly influence supply chain efficiency.
