Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
  • Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, and invoices in the system.
  • Ensure all orders are entered accurately and in line with company policies.
  • Liaise with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
  • Support sales executives with documentation for tenders, proposals, and bids.
  • Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and billing.
  • Monitor and keep track of clients’ service renewal dateline
Reporting & Documentation
  • Track sales orders, stock availability, and delivery status.
  • Ensure all sales-related documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
Customer Service
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support issue resolution related to order processing, delivery, or billing.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, order management, or customer service.
  • Experience in IT/telecom is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP) preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
