The Global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.
TikTok DCC (Data Cycling Centre): The team focuses on building data-driven solutions and enhancing content understanding for both internal stakeholders and external users, aiming to solve significant problems through a combination of human and direct content understanding About the role: Your main responsibility is to act as a bridge between machine learning engineers and labelers, ensuring the accurate application of structure to unstructured data such as video, images, text, etc. Responsibilities: 1.
Project Readiness, Delivery & Reporting:
Provide project specific insights, RCA and business metrics. ( Cooperate with XFN's where required, delegated)

Maintain and update SOP during project lifecycle mapping to any change in requirements or RCA feedback.
Across TCS and LP. Liase with FA for support. RD to own complex Queue injections. DUS to support uploading and injection of pre-identified data sets.
CS Exam creation linked to GDS. 2. Training and Quality Adherence and Integrity:
Distribute to internal BD teams. ( LMS
3. Process Optimization and Problem Resolution:
Minimum qualifications: 1. Fluent in written and spoken required language (German - The level of proficiency required is high - this will be used for market specific projects and daily communication) plus business level English. 2. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience; knowledge in computer science, model training or machine learning is a plus;
3. Computer fluency and understanding of software and advanced internet functions; 4. Working experience in a major tech or social media company on labeling/model training, ads/content safety, training or related experiences is a plus; 5. Proficient skills in MS Office; G-Suite;
Preferred qualifications: 1. Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and quick learning skills. 2. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.
