The successful candidate will work closely with multiple teams and maintain up-to-date records on our platform. English will be the primary working language for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input, verify, and maintain data on our systems and platforms.
  • Liaise with various teams to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
  • Generate reports and assist in basic data analysis.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data.
  • Identify areas for improvement in data processes and suggest solutions.
  • Perform regular updates and monthly audits to ensure data remains accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and database software.

    • Bahasa Malaysia and/or Chinese is a plus
