Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in facility operation, 1 year in team management preferred.

• Basic understanding of electrical and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-duty teams and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Inspect and handle operational abnormalities during shifts.
• Coordinate third-party personnel effectively.
