Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HVAC & Thermal Cooling Field Service Engineer. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting data center cooling systems, including HVAC units and chillers. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of relevant experience and strong fault-finding skills. This position requires effective communication and a commitment to excellent customer service. Willingness to travel up to 95% is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in thermal systems or data center maintenance.
• Familiarity with DOE safety and environmental standards.
• Valid driving license (GDL is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and emergencies promptly.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cooling systems.
• Maintain tools and company property in good condition.
• Provide cross-support to other service domains when required.
