The role includes developing and implementing EHS programs, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and 5+ years of experience in EHS management, preferably in the technology sector. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential. The position offers a dynamic work environment focused on safety and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EHS management, preferably in the data center sector.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations including OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001.
• Certification in EHS management such as CSP, CIH, or NEBOSH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS programs and policies for compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Provide EHS training to employees and stakeholders.
• Monitor EHS performance metrics and report to management.
