• Ensure completion of all CMF and Tariff requests from Business Partners.
• Resolve queries promptly and recommend process improvements.
• Execute billing processes in accordance with SLAs.

Skills

Proficient in English (verbal and written)

Knowledge in Billing and Business processes

Good Knowledge of MS Office including strong command on MS Excel
