Job description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data integration, data modelling, and analytics solutions
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data processing workflows
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualization solutions for business stakeholders
• Support big data platforms and distributed systems
• Perform data analysis to support business decision-making
• (Optional) Train and optimize algorithms/models for specific business problems
• Collaborate with business, IT, and platform teams to ensure data quality and availability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Solid experience with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
• Experience in data modelling, data processing, and analytics
• Familiar with BI or analytics platforms and visualization development
• Understanding of big data or distributed systems concepts
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Working proficiency in English; Chinese is a plus

Nice to Have

• Azure big data stack (Databricks, Data Lake, Synapse)
• Experience with stored procedures and performance monitoring
• Data science or machine learning experience
