Job description

We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance Lead with strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge in Finance modules, solid understanding of Supply Chain processes, and proven experience delivering end-to-end D365 implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Functional Leadership & Solutioning
  • Lead the functional design, configuration, and delivery of D365 Finance modules.

  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and define solution approaches.

  • Provide guidance on Finance processes, integrations, and module dependencies.

2. D365 Implementation & Support
  • Participate in multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects.

  • Support production environments, manage enhancements, and handle change requests.

  • Collaborate with technical teams for development, testing, and deployment activities.

3. Cross-Module Expertise
  • Work closely with teams across SCM modules such as:

    • Inventory Management

    • Procurement & Sourcing

    • Sales & Marketing

    • Production Control

    • Warehouse Management

    • Master Planning

4. Documentation & Delivery Governance
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDD), interface design documents (IDD), test cases, and training materials.

  • Ensure solutions meet functional requirements and industry standards.

  • Maintain knowledge repositories and provide user training sessions.

5. Presales & Client Interaction
  • Support presales activities including demos, POCs, and responding to RFPs/RFIs.

  • Present solutions to business stakeholders and participate in finance process discussions.

6. Ecosystem Awareness
  • Basic understanding of related Microsoft technologies:

    • Power Apps

    • Logic Apps

    • Dataverse

    • Reporting & integrations in the D365 ecosystem
