Responsibilities

• To declare K1, K2, K3, K4, K8, K9, ZB1 & ZB2
• To ensure proper Customs submission and clearance
• To liaise with Haulier and Customer to ensure smooth cargo movement
• To plan and execute container booking and return
• Provide polite, professional and accurate response to customer queries
• Manage customer's expectations and display ownership for customer's requests
• Maintain good rapport with customers and constantly improve customer relation
• Support Team Leader and Managers to continuously review processes, identify and improve customer service procedures

Skills

Good working knowledge of Cargo Declare system

Able to handle Sea Import & Export clearance

Good knowledge of Custom regulations and clearance

Good understanding of INCO TERMS

Computer literate

Good command of English

Able to work independently
