Job description

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who can provide ongoing support to our clients. The candidate should be able to contribute to building relationships, understanding your customers, preparing reports, content uploading, and undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by Manager.

You will work in a team to proactively help clients address their challenges and ensure their satisfaction while they are an active account with us. You will also work closely with other internal departments to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

The executive should have a great character and positive demeanour to serve our esteemed and potential customers, that keep them in great spirit and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Attend to all customer needs and ensure they are met.
  • Jointly work with internal stakeholders from Customer Service, Technical and Sales to achieve objectives.
  • Provide best practice guidance to customers that enables them to achieve maximum value from our products.
  • Conduct training to customers.
  • Contribute towards team KPI and targets as part of the teams’ objectives.
  • Travel to office and client sites.

  • Able to confidently lead conversations, train and demonstrate empathy.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, a pragmatic approach and the ability to identify multiple options and recommend preferred solutions.
