Job summary

A healthcare supplier is seeking a candidate to manage customer inquiries, prepare various sales documents in SQL, and ensure accurate inventory management. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, inspecting received stocks, and filing necessary forms such as K2 and poison lists. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This opportunity is based in Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from customer calls/emails.
• Prepare sales order, cash sales, delivery order, and invoices in SQL.
• Update and fill up poison forms and logistic lists.
• Provide necessary labels and sheets to the person in charge.
• Work closely with internal departments for customer order enquiries.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure accurate stock quantities.
• Inspect stocks received for accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and delivery drivers on dates and collections.
• Prepare K2 forms.
• Submit e-invoice to IRB.

Job description

• To handle inquiry from customers calls / emails
• To perform / prepare sales order (SO), cash sales, delivery order (DO) and invoices in SQL.
• To prepare / fill up / update poison form, poison list and logistic list
• To provide dimension / customers label / product label / transporter sheet to person in charge who handle the related customers
• To work closely with internal departments pertaining customer order enquiries and deliveries
• To coordinate with warehouse person / ensure / check the stocks are in accurate quantity, accurate lot / batch number before the stocks have been send out.
• Inspecting stocks received and ensuring stocks are in accurate quantity and type.
• Coordinate with suppliers and delivery driver on delivery date and goods collection
• To prepare K2 form
• Submit e-invoice to IRB
