As a Customer Services representative at Bigera Alliance Sdn Bhd, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. In this full‑time position based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all of our customers.

What you’ll be doing
  • Handling inbound customer calls, emails, and online inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Listening to customer concerns, identifying the root cause, and providing prompt and effective solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Continuously updating product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
