A multinational client is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. You will manage customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring a positive experience. Qualifications

  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist with order processing, tracking, and after-sales support.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain service quality standards and customer satisfaction.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome – training will be provided.

  • Ability to work on rotational shifts (5-day work week).
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • Willingness to work from home initially and relocate to Johor Bahru office in the future.
