Role: Customer Service Support Lvl 1 (Bilingual, Eng + Jpn)

What You'll Do:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English and Japanese.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

  • Nationality: Japanese or Japanese with foreign nationality (former Japanese)
  • Language skills: Japanese native, English conversation to business
  • Other skills: Minimum communication skills and basic PC operation skills
  • Employment type: Full-time employee
  • Work days: 24/7 shift system (3-4 days a week)
  • Shift hours: 9:00-21:00, 21:00-9:00
  • Salary: RM 9,000/month (Night shift allowance, holiday allowance, language allowance, bonus, and other allowances included)
  • Work location: PTC Malaysia Operations Center (Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya)
