Job Description

• Show empathy by listening attentively to partner needs and concerns; and provide solution based on SOP to improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain deep understanding of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support.
• Attend customer inquiry through phone calls.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/O level/UEC
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Able to work in office located at Sunway Visio Tower, Cheras
