Customer Service Representative (For OKU Card Holders Only)

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to contribute to delivering excellent customer care and ensuring high satisfaction levels across multiple service channels.
Interact with customers via calls, email, or chat, resolving inquiries, complaints, and service requests
Use decision support tools and internal resources to address customer needs effectively
Meet or exceed service delivery KPIs as defined by client contract
Demonstrate empathy, build rapport, and maintain professional conduct
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products/services
Create accurate service notes and update tracking systems/ticketing tools
Identify opportunities for cross-sell or upsell in line with client protocols
Escalate complex issues to senior staff or supervisors when required
Participate in continuous improvement and performance initiatives
Must-have:
Malaysian citizen with a valid OKU Card (role exclusively for PWD candidates)
Minimum SPM qualification; tertiary education is a plus
Preferably 1 year of customer service/call centre experience (entry-level applicants considered)
Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Malay; other languages are a plus
Strong PC navigation skills; ability to learn multiple systems quickly
Attention to detail, reliable, adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Comfortable with rotational shift schedules (including evenings/weekends)
Allowances or shift premium for night/weekend schedules
