A dynamic technology company in Johor Bahru is looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage customer inquiries and complaints effectively. This role welcomes fresh graduates and values bilingual skills in English and Mandarin to cater to clients from Taiwan. Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and phone promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and accurately.
Provide product/service information and solutions to customers.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or person.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Collaborate with sales and other departments to meet clients' needs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
What you need for the role:
Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are welcome. [In job training will be provided]
Able to speak, read, and type English and Mandarin (as you might need to converse with our clients from Taiwan).
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive problem solver with attention to detail.
