Handles customer inquiries, expedites critical orders, resolves issues, and ensures smooth communication between customers and the sales team. Maintains records and supports process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage quotes, orders, backlogs, invoicing, returns, and discrepancies.

Support sales team and customers with order tracking, stock queries, and reporting.

Resolve customer claims/complaints in line with consumer laws.

Maintain accurate records (electronic and/or hard copy).

Identify and contribute to process improvements.

Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and respond to senior management requests.

Job Requirements

At least Diploma.

Minimum 5 yeas of customer service experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.

Strong computer, communication, phone, email, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multi-task, work in fast-paced environments, and resolve issues effectively.
