A leading recruitment firm in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries and manage orders effectively. The role demands at least a Diploma and a minimum of 5 years of experience within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry. Handles customer inquiries, expedites critical orders, resolves issues, and ensures smooth communication between customers and the sales team. Maintains records and supports process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Manage quotes, orders, backlogs, invoicing, returns, and discrepancies.
Support sales team and customers with order tracking, stock queries, and reporting.
Resolve customer claims/complaints in line with consumer laws.
Maintain accurate records (electronic and/or hard copy).
Identify and contribute to process improvements.
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and respond to senior management requests.
At least Diploma.
Minimum 5 yeas of customer service experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
Strong computer, communication, phone, email, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task, work in fast-paced environments, and resolve issues effectively.
Extensive organizational and procedural knowledge.
Ability to complete complex tasks with independent judgment and creativity.
