About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support our logistics and cross-border operations. The role involves customer coordination, booking handling, and shipment updates. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and bookings via WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, Zalo, email, and phone
• Communicate with customers in Mandarin and English
• Create and update job records in internal systems (Daily Sheet / TMS)
• Coordinate with Operations, Planner, and Forwarding teams
• Track shipment status and provide accurate updates to customers
• Assist with basic documentation and POD verification
• Follow company SOPs and customer service standards

Requirements

• Degree or Master’s degree in any field
• Able to read, write, and speak Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are welcome (logistics experience is an advantage)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, system entry)
• Responsible, organised, and able to work under pressure
