Job summary

A Malaysian company is seeking a candidate for a sales administration role based in Selangor. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing daily sales order processing, coordinating delivery schedules, and preparing sales reports. Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales administration, strong organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily sales order processing, documentation, delivery planning and coordination with factory (including export deliveries when required)
  • Monitor delivery schedules and follow-up on outstanding orders with sales team
  • Process Credit Note (CN) and Debit Note (DN), including preparation of monthly CN report
  • Prepare operational and sales-related reports for the Sales Manager and the team
  • Handle purchasing, supplier coordination and stock level monitoring for trading items
  • Attend to customer inquiries
  • Other Ad‑hock duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales administration, or order processing
  • Experience in handling sales orders, delivery coordination and follow‑up skill
  • Familiar with basic purchasing processes, supplier coordination and stock monitoring
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with ERP system an advantage
  • Good organizational, able to work independently and as part of a team
