Qualifications

• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assign orders in real time through the system and coordinate rider resources effectively.
• Monitor order dispatch efficiency and riders' arrival at merchants.
• Handle operational contingencies promptly, including delays and order changes.
• Maintain effective communication with customer service teams, merchants, and riders.
• Prepare and report daily operational data and highlight issues.

Working Hours
