Overview
  • Acumen Alpha Advisory Group – Kuantan, Pahang.
  • Client liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking corporate secretarial or accounting services.
  • Inquiry handling: Respond to queries about company incorporation, statutory compliance, tax filing, and accounting packages.
  • Service updates: Keep clients informed about filing deadlines, document status, and regulatory changes.
  • Client onboarding: Assist new clients with registration forms, KYC documentation, and service agreements.
  • Issue resolution: Address client concerns professionally and escalate complex matters to relevant departments.
  • Manage office documentation including filing, scanning, and organizing records.
  • Monitor deadlines for SSM filings, tax submissions, and audit schedules.
  • Manage supplies, courier arrangements, and general office upkeep.
  • Update client records, company profiles, and filing logs in internal systems.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or related roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to manage customer concerns and operational challenges.
  • Well-organized, dynamic, and able to work independently with a mature mindset.
  • Multitasking ability to juggle customer and admin tasks efficiently.
