- Inquiry handling: Respond to queries about company incorporation, statutory compliance, tax filing, and accounting packages.
- Service updates: Keep clients informed about filing deadlines, document status, and regulatory changes.
- Client onboarding: Assist new clients with registration forms, KYC documentation, and service agreements.
- Issue resolution: Address client concerns professionally and escalate complex matters to relevant departments.
- Manage office documentation including filing, scanning, and organizing records.
- Monitor deadlines for SSM filings, tax submissions, and audit schedules.
- Manage supplies, courier arrangements, and general office upkeep.
- Update client records, company profiles, and filing logs in internal systems.
Job Requirements
