Assist clients with service questions, product information, and ordering processes.
Build positive relationships with existing clients and ensure they feel supported and well-informed.
Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional services, formulations, or resources.
Support the business development team by gathering feedback, spotting growth opportunities, and providing market insights.
Relay client needs and concerns to internal pharmacy teams to ensure smooth communication and exceptional service delivery.
Occasionally attend events, training sessions, or industry gatherings as a company representative.
