Job description
Overview

Follows established procedures and guidelines to perform routine procedures to test the quality of the organisation’s materials, products, and processes. Contributes to the planning and definition of quality standards, recommending modifications in product or process. Vacancy: Customer Quality Supervisor Location: Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, compile and maintain documentation for related new parts introduction, New parts drawing, Control plan, Product specification, Sampling plan. PFMEA
  • Submitting PPAP to customer upon completing validation and obtain approval before mass production.
  • Ensure all the testing frequency been followed according to the customer requirement and the result meet the internal and customer requirement.
  • Response to any customer complaint promptly with the corrective and preventive action.
  • Prepare the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for finished product and ensure customer spec and requirements are met.
  • Responsible to release or quarantine parts (according to customers assigned) in SAP system.
  • Handling customer audit or visit.
  • Assists in compliance with internal/ external quality standards (IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001).
Requirements
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Knowledge in SAP system and Seven QC tools.
  • Knowledge in IATF 16949 and Knowledge in CAD drawing
  • Abilities to handle customer complaint and communicate with customer.
  • Ability to interpret the customer requirement and implement necessary action to meet the requirement.
  • Presentation and communication skills.
