The role involves providing timely and quality responses to customer inquiries through various channels, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a professional demeanor. Candidates should have a diploma/degree and 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in E-Commerce, along with strong technical skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.

Qualifications

  • 1 – 3 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in E-Commerce.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely responses to customers via email, chats, and phone.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Work with departments to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Coach new customer service officers on excellence.
