Job summary

A leading travel-experience platform in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Experience Executive who will deliver exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. The role involves engaging with customers and internal teams to enhance workflow efficiency while meeting individual KPIs. Fresh graduates and individuals with organizational and communication skills who are proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) are encouraged to apply. This position also requires proficiency in MS Office and willingness to work shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

  • SPM/'O' Levels or higher; preferably Diploma qualification and above.
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1 year experience in E‑Commerce, Business Administration, and/or Marketing is an advantage.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage customer needs via phone, email, and chat
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to improve workflow efficiency and work processes
  • Document and classify interactions and issues accurately in appropriate systems
  • Meet individual KPIs and contribute to team goals
  • Perform ad‑hoc tasks and projects as assigned
About you

The company is looking for:

  • SPM/'O' Levels or higher; preferably Diploma qualification and above
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
  • At least 1 year experience in E‑Commerce, Business Administration, and/or Marketing is an advantage
  • Good organization, attention to detail, time management, and initiative
