Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, manage and coach a team
  • Monitor performance of BPM and CRM systems
  • BAU support on troubleshooting, and enhance the existing web applications
  • Work independently, strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work and communicate with all levels of business users and management
  • Develop, analyze, and maintain applications based on a thorough understanding of user and procedural requirements
  • Involved in new systems development and enhancement to support business operations
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Must have detailed knowledge and experience in Software Development
  • Maintain test & production DynamicsCRM and BPM environments
  • Implement new developments and change requests based on business and IT need
  • Apply test and validation best practices with solutions deployment across Development, Configuration, User acceptance test, and Production CRM instances
  • Work in close collaboration with Business stakeholders on all aspects of the BPM and CRM customization
  • Support BPM and CRM end-users in their daily operations. Provide solutions to common entity access issues
  • Create documentation on case resolution to facilitate knowledge sharing with team members
  • Able to work independently, self-driven, proactive and initiative
  • Ability to work with multiple projects effectively within timeline
  • Work with teams across the business including, but not limited to, Internal Audit, IT teams, Compliance and Risk to ensure data security compliance
Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent

At least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position and 3 years project experience in IT for software development

Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and adequate time management ensuring on-time delivery

Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written communication capability
